Founder & Director

Joseph started in the Replacement Parts business all the way back in 1970 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as a Sales Representative. Within a short space of time, his hard work, drive, passion and integrity gained him notice form among the top industry players, both local and international, Within his first 20 years in the business, he was seen as a commodity and was appointed to represent international brand names such as George Vint (UK), then Federal Mogul (USA), as well as local Malaysian Replacement Parts giant UMW. In 1990, with the wealth of experience gained and a view to build his own legacy, Joseph incorporated Joken Marketing.

Jason started learning the ropes of the Replacement Parts business from his father Joseph in 2010. Having plied his trade previously (and co-currently until 2020) in the IT Industry, Jason brings a fresh perspective as well as knowledge in IT to further enhance Joken Marketing’s existing business processes, as well as to broaden its approach and reach to new markets. By not only bringing new ideas and systems, Jason also carefully ensures that the core values of QUALITY and INTEGRITY are retained and enhanced. He further looks to assist Joseph to bring Joken Marketing into the future by means of business expansion and sustainability.
